In order to understand our offerings and services we have gathered some important frequently asked questions for your convenience.

  • What are the measures taken for Clean & Care, Well-being?

    The safety and well-being of our guests and employees have always been our top priority, and that commitment takes on special significance in these times. We are dedicated to provide experiences in a safe and sanitized environment. Temperature scans on arrival, heightened cleaning and sanitation procedures, new spacious layouts in restaurants/ bars are some of the measures we have implemented to protect you. Explore our destinations with peace of mind with your very own Care Kit available for free in your room. It includes hand sanitizer, a face mask, and antibacterial wipes.

  • What are check in and out times?

    Check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon. Contact your host for early and late check outs.

  • Do you provide extra beds/cots in the room?

    Facility is available in the Royal Deluxe category at an additional charge of $15. Cribs are provided for infants free of charge.

  • Do you offer transfers?

    Yes, to pick or drop you at the airport and for places of interest. Transfers can be reserved online or request from our central reservations or concierge services.   

  • Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or feather-free pillows, manageable?

    We are always trying to fulfil every one of your desires. Please mention under special requests when reserving the room.

  • Are taxes included in the room rates?

    Once you have retrieved the availability for the requested dates, by clicking on the room name, you will find information about taxes and room facilities.

  • Are credit cards accepted?

    Yes, MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards are accepted

  • Is my credit card being charged at time of booking?

    If you book a rate with a deposit policy, such as the non-refundable rate, we will charge your credit card at time of booking. If you provide your credit card only as a guarantee, we will not charge it as mentioned if cancelled within the cancellation policy.

  • How can I change or cancel my reservation?

    For any changes on your reservation, for example additional nights, or for cancellations please send a cancellation request to - [email protected]

  • Is there wifi and TV in the palace?

    Yes, high speed broadband facility is available, in room HD IP TVs and a separate TV lounge available. 

  • Is the palace heated?

    Yes, in room and outdoor heaters available

  • Is the house wheelchair accessible?

    Our chefs are very accomplished and are happy to offer alternatives for those who, for whatever reason, may have a restricted diet. They are used to catering to coeliacs, vegetarians, vegans, nut-allergy sufferers and more besides.
